Trust Update and Our New Strategy

This session will open the conference, share our new strategy, and provide a broader update on the Trust. It will also explore the education sector, highlighting key trends and challenges we face both as a Trust and within the wider landscape.

Headteacher and Student Reflections

This session will give each Headteacher and a selection of students from each school an opportunity to reflect on the new strategy in their school context, exploring successes, challenges, and priorities for the year ahead.

Consultation Session: Our Commitments to Each Other

Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers and Abi Jesson (Chief People Officer)

This session will give all staff the opportunity to shape the section of our new strategy that sets out the commitments we make to each other when working across the Trust. 

Staff have been allocated into one of the four rooms.
